The Neighborhood:
The property is located in a lovely condo complex in a prime location, just south of Punta Cancun, in the Hotel Zone, with the Caribbean Sea wrapping around you! You can head towards the lagoon for a sunset or rise early to catch a sunrise, either way; you’ll be surrounded by the beauty of Cancun.
You’ll also be by “the rock,” a famous tourist spot on Playa Forum (beach) situated between that beach and Chacmool Beach. It’s a very beautiful strip of beach, and you’ll be directly on it with Caribe views from your bed!
In Cancun, you can take group day trips to the island “Isla Mujeres” via Ferry or private catamaran, visit the Interactive Aquarium, visit the Mayan Museum, spend the day shopping your heart out at La Isla or in Punta Cancun, and of course,, the nightlife is unmatched. You won't be far from one of the most famous clubs with incredible shows nightly, Coco Bongo. It’s a must-see, at least once during your visit!
And you’ll be surrounded by phenomenal restaurants, all within walking distance. Pick one; you can hardly go wrong! Cancun is famous for its fabulous dining!
Getting Around:
The condo is approximately 23 km | 14.2 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) and is located at the Carisa y Palma condominiums. Though you can arrange many tours and activities that provide round-trip transportation, we recommend renting a car so that you can easily access nearby shopping, attractions, and more. There is a free parking spot on the premises.
Other Things to Note:
You can have visitors (maximum 2 persons) at no cost, but you must notify the property and provide the visitors' names at least 12 hours in advance. Visiting hours are from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Visitors cannot stay overnight on the property.
Reception Hours - 7:30 am - 10:30 am
Please note, being that the location is in such a prime spot in Punta Cancun’s Hotel Zone, and there is the potential for noise from the establishments nearby, people walking and traffic.
We provide some basic essentials to get you started, like toilet paper, hand soap, body gel, shampoo, conditioner, and some lotion. Just note these items are not replenished.
There is no daily housekeeping, but if you’d like the place cleaned, that can be arranged for an additional fee. Just let us know in advance so we can arrange it for you.
Please also note that the property uses surveillance cameras on the premises. These cameras are strictly for security reasons only.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such are needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed at this property.
-A maximum of 2 visitors are allowed with a previous authorization and at a 10 USD fee per person.
Interaction with Guests:
The place is self-check-in you just need to pick up the keys at reception. Any other information you’ll need at check-in will be provided to you at least 24 hours before arrival.
