Treat your self to a wonderful stay at this Luxury 3 bed/2 bath Condo at Buffalo Springs Lake. This location is perfect for a quick lake vacation or relaxing stay. This house features 3 Queen beds and 2 twin beds, a comfy couch, a 75-inch smart TV , fast Wi-Fi, a fully stocked kitchen, and new furniture and mattresses for great rest! The driveway can fit 2 vehicles and you will be located just adjacent to the lake! PLEASE NOTE THE REQUIRED GATE FEE PRIOR TO ENTERING THE PROPERTY.

There is an 3 bedroom 2 bath home named Buffalo Ridge on this same property that will sleep 8 additional guests (total 14 guests). If you have a wedding, event or larger family gathering planned- feel free to contact us directly to rent both spaces!

Each of the three bedrooms feature new furniture with the most comfortable mattresses you will sleep on while traveling. The first bedroom contains a queen size bed set. The second and thrid bedrooms feature a queen bed, and a twin size bed in each roomwith. Each bedroom has new comfortable pillows and linens that match the room's décor.
All parts of the house are available for guest use, with the exception of the cleaners closet and the storage area of the shop
The main house is another Airbnb, so it is off-limits, unless you are renting both spaces
Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes that are sent out 3 days before your stay. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. We pride ourselves on our quick responses. Let us know if you're looking for restaurant recommendations or something to do!
Shawna is your local host. She available by phone, text, or Airbnb message whenever needed. Unless it's an emergency please try to limit late night phone calls or texts. We are happy to assist guests whenever needed but we do have our own families that we take care of as well. If you need anything, just reach out.
Buffalo Ridge is located in the sought after Buffalo Springs neighborhood. This area is very safe and well established, gated community located about twenty minutes from the city of Lubbock. The pavilion is a short drive away, and hiking trails, boating, and camping are all with in a reasonable distance.
The lakefront is about 30 feet from the back of the main house, the fishing dock only about 100 yards away. The house is located on Comanche Drive which is connected to the Pony Express Trail. This road will take you all the way down to the Marina or back up to the highway. Parking is always available in the driveway and will fit 2 vehicles.

This property requires a $500 refundable deposit after checkout, as long as the house is left in the same condition it was in upon arrival.

Buffalo Springs Lake does have admissions fees. Here is a link to the cost of admission. Please Search "Buffalo Springs Lake - Gate Admissions" so that you can be prepared. We are currently in negotiations with them to have a better option and will update this section once that happens.
- No Pets!! Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine. The only exception to our No Pets Policy is if you have a trained and certified SERVICE animal. This does not include emotional support animals. Although not required by law, we would really appreciate if you let us know that you will be traveling with a service animal in your initial booking message.
- No house parties. Unauthorized parties will result in a $500 fine
- No excessive volume that would disturb the neighbors - Clean up after yourself. This includes all dishes and food items.
- If you break something, let Garrott or Shawna know immediately.
- Please do not use the linens in the bathroom to remove your make-up. If towels are stained upon arrival please let us know.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. If a plumber is required because of items flushed by your party, you will be responsible for the service call fee.
