We do strive for 5-Stars and kindly ask if you do find something we missed PLEASE let us know and provide us a reasonable chance for to make it right (we are local).

Min age to book is 21 and strictly enforced. The information is collected for verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. There is ZERO tolerance for parties, smoking, or unruly behavior.
NEIGHBOR INTERATION: We also kindly ask while you're staying NOT to use the word "Airbnb" when referring to your accommodation. Instead, you can simply mention that you're staying at a "Corporate Rental". This way, you can help maintain a peaceful and harmonious atmosphere for everyone in the neighborhood; and it prevents permanent residents from feeling uncomfortable with an unknown/unfamiliar individual living in their community/building. Please feel free to contact us if you need anything. We have a great relationship with the leasing office (and their permission to operate), THANK YOU for helping us keep it that way!
LEASING OFFICE INTERACTION: The leasing office is designed for residents that live in the community and not Short-Term/Corporate Housing guests. Please feel free to contact us if you need anything.
MAIL DELIVERY: Please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the property. It's recommended to obtain a local PO Box or UPS Mailbox if you need access to mail during your stay. Food deliveries (DoorDash/Instacart etc.) are just fine. Amazon also offers secure pickup and returns via their Amazon Hub stations.
EARLY CHECK-INS: Unfortunately, we can’t offer early check-ins, the check-in time is 4PM EST (or afterwards). If you need the property prior to check-in time, it’s highly suggested you book the night prior to ensure you have that guaranteed flexibility.

The Neighborhood:
SOPHISTICATED, MODERN, BUSTLING
Home to the first enclosed shopping mall in the Southeast as well as a scenic greenway, this modern district stays active with shoppers, bikers and walkers alike. Blocks from Uptown, the Midtown neighborhood gushes with its own urban identity. At its core, the ultramodern Metropolitan buzzes with shoppers browsing fashion boutiques and stores like West Elm, SILVERFLY and Lipp Boutique. The retail mecca is the fourth incarnation of the space, which started in 1959 as ahead-of-its-time Charlottetown Mall. The first enclosed shopping mall in the Southeast, it touted department stores, luxe decor and a million-dollar twin theater—North Carolina’s first. Over the years, the once-booming space couldn’t compete with new malls sprouting up around the city, and attempts at reinventions were unsuccessful. But in the mid-2000s, developers landed on the right combination: a multiple-story mixed-use oasis of offices, condos, posh restaurants and retailers—many with breathtaking skyline views.
MIDTOWN BY DAY
Take home local delicacies from the Kings Drive Farmers Market, then get an incredible workout along Little Sugar Creek Greenway, which runs from Center City through the neighborhood. The greenway is dotted with information about the city’s rich heritage, thanks to the Trail of History plaques and statues. Refuel over a piping-hot calzone at Mama Ricotta’s Restaurant, a celebrated Italian restaurant. (Try the garlic rolls, too.) Be sure to save some time to shop in The Metropolitan, the neighborhood’s central hub.
MIDTOWN BY NIGHT
Add flare to an ordinary evening by two-stepping or tangoing with your number one at Midtown Ballroom. The dance studio offers partner, group and solo dance classes in all varieties of ballroom dance, which means your two left feet are fleeting. Perfect your moves on Tuesday and Thursday nights, when $10 drop-in (appointment-free) group classes are offered. For sweeping skyline views and unmatched ambience, celebrate someone or something special at fancy neighborhood favorite Dressler’s Restaurant. The Metropolitan is also home to local favorites such as Pisces Sushi and Vivaci, within walking distance of each other if you’re up for a food crawl after all that dancing.
Getting Around:
BY VEHICLE:

Ride-sharing Services
Companies like Uber and Lyft, which use smartphone apps to match passengers with nearby independent drivers, operate throughout the Charlotte region.
