The fully equipped kitchen offers all the essentials, including coffee, tea, and major appliances, perfect for whipping up meals or quick snacks.

Public transit options also provide convenient access to explore the rest of Los Angeles. The central location ensures you’re never far from Hollywood, Downtown LA, or other major attractions. While the building doesn’t have security, the area is known for its safety, offering peace of mind during your stay.

By proceeding with this booking or inquiry, please acknowledge that any confirmation received is conditional and subject to cancellation by the Host and/or Landlord unless the following conditions are met:
**The Guest must pay the required Security Deposit as. The Security Deposit is fully refundable upon checkout, subject to deductions for any damages. This deposit must be paid directly to the Landlord before moving in and will be returned by the Landlord after move-out.
**The Guest must sign the lease agreement directly with the Host and/or Landlord and accept all terms and conditions outlined therein.
**The Guest must successfully complete an Identification Verification process as required by the Host and/or Landlord.

**Pets are welcomed! There will be an additional $500 Refundable Pet Deposit, and $2.16 per pet per night rent payments.
Failure to fulfill these conditions may result in the cancellation of the booking without liability to the Host or Landlord.
