The well-appointed kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, three ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a cooking island with a dining table, electric heating, and air conditioning. The kitchen also leads out to a terrace. Additionally, there is a bath/WC and a shower/WC on this level.
