The house is just a 2-minute walk to the nearest station (Streatham Hill) and bus stops. Several buses go into Brixton, Croydon and Central London. The nearest train stations are Streatham Hill, Streatham and Balham underground (15-minute walk away)
We Kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay. ALL bookings are required to pay a £300 security deposit prior to check in. Upon checking out this will be refunded to you providing no damage is caused to the property.

11. Please wash up your dishes or place in dishwasher (if property has one)
12. Take your rubbish out when you leave
13. NO drugs or illegal substances on premises
14. Security deposits will be taken on booking confirmation and refunded within 7 days
15. You will be required to supply Government ID for lead guest
16. There is a £50 late check out fee after 10.30am (unless agreed in advance)
17. There will be charges for any additional cleaning required (excess mess)
