What a great location! You’ll be just 2 blocks from the famous 5th Avenue, lined with restaurants, bars, cafes, boutique shops, souvenir shops, vibrant malls and more! Plus, you’ll be within a few minutes from WalMart and within a 10-minute walk from some of the best beach clubs in Playa del Carmen!
Getting Around:
The property is located about 53 km | 33 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). There is 1 underground assigned parking spot at the property if you come by car.

Please note that there are security cameras pointing at common areas such as staircases, shared pool, corridors, parking.
For stays of 8 days or longer, there is a required mid-stay cleaning that must take place at a fee of $55.55 USD. This fee will be collected during the check in process. The service will include change of linen and towels but not dishwashing. We will coordinate the cleaning date and time with you.
- There is a potential for noise as this property is located in the heart of downtown.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $334 USD fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors. Hosting a party is not allowed and will result in a fee starting at $223 USD. Note that the exact fee may depend on the specific circumstances of the party.
- For stays of 7 or more nights, there is an electricity allowance of 1000MXN for your entire stay, the price per kWh being 8MXN. If this allowance is surpassed, a price of 8MXN per kWh will apply. The electricity meters will be checked right before your check in and right after your check out to calculate your consumption and, if any amounts are to be paid, we will request them through the resolution center or charge them to the card used to pay for the reservation, depending on the booking channel.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- If the keys are lost or not returned at check out, there is a replacement fee of $1000 MXN.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.
Interaction with Guests:
If you’re arriving between 3 pm and 5 pm our local contact will give you the code to access keys in the lockbox personally. Otherwise, pick them up at reception. They'll ask you to sign a form for them.
