Introducing a luxurious, 3 bdrm/3 bath home that offers 2 primary bedrooms & a private pool. Our 'sun soaked oasis' is nestled in a serene Mesquite desert neighborhood, perfect for relaxing in the pool or challenging a partner on the putting a green with a cold beverage in hand. Step inside to a naturally lit open space with a wall of windows, opening to the outdoors. Our gourmet kitchen is well-stocked for cooking all your favorite meals. Outdoor TV, dining, and seating area. WC accessible.
Base fee is for 6 guests.
* Unless you have made your reservation on Airbnb, there will be a security deposit HOLD of $500 during your stay. Your card should not be charged unless there are damages or extra cleaning found after checkout.
*Security cameras have been placed in the front entry facing the street and in the garage. No cameras are present in any indoor or outdoor living area.
*Our home is a No-smoking, No pets property ($500 fine if evidence of either are found at checkout) and we ask that guests remove their shoes as we strive to have the cleanest and best maintained property we can for comfortable guest stays. If you do have a service animal for a medically diagnosed disability, we would appreciate prior communication. Please inquire for stays over 2 weeks as extra cleaning fees apply.
* There is possibility of construction noise until all homes in the neighborhood have been completed.
*Because of the pool and safety concerns, please leave the slider locked if children are in the home unless supervised outside by an adult. The front door must be locked at all times because of direct access through the house to the hot tub. Thank you. Nevada state law requires an alarm on any door leading to the pool. It has a bypass that you can push to silence it (It is VERY loud.) If you remove the batteries, you do so at your own risk. The batteries must be replaced at checkout if removed.
YOUR INDOOR SPACE-
Bedrooms: Our unique floor plan offers two large primary suites with TVs, attached baths, and walk-in closets. Although our home is a 3 bedroom home, we can sleep four adults separately with our convertible king to 2, XL twin bed configuration in one of the guest rooms with the 3rd room having two "full" beds. With all new and quality mattresses and comfy linens, you will have a great night's sleep after playing all day. All mattresses and pillows are encased with a protective covering to keep you from unwanted elements. All bedrooms have TVs so that you can recline at night in privacy, should you choose. We have streaming capabilities but no local TV unless attached to your app.
Bathrooms: Our three bathrooms, one attached to each primary bedroom, are fully stocked with luxury towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and more, keeping your packing to a minimum. The third bathroom is just outside the guest room with the full beds and accessible to house guests.
Kitchen: Stocked, stocked, stocked. If you like to provide meals at home, this is the place to do it. Full cookware and some bakeware are provided. Oil, coffee & filters, tea, spices, barbeque utensils and more.
Living room: The living room is open to the kitchen and the wall of sliding windows and doors make you feel as if you are outside while you are cuddled on the comfy couch with the fireplace flickering, watching your favorite show on our large, 70" screen streaming TV.
YOUR OUTOOR SPACE -
POOL - The pool is completely private and is free for your use. We do not heat the pool, but in the warmer months, it is not needed.
FIRE PIT DINING TABLE: Our fire pit table is perfect for conversations, drinks and appetizers as you stay warm in an inviting atmosphere.
PUTTING GREEN: With provided clubs and balls, putting competition and practice is ready for you.
VIEW: We have beautiful views of the desert bluffs from the backyard. Our neighborhood is surrounded by desert beauty and is away from town noise, yet close enough for a quick trip to the store.
PARKING: We offer free parking in our 3 car garage, with additional spots in our driveway and street parking. If bringing a trailer, street parking is allowed as long as your vehicle stays within the property lines and is moved every 72 hours. Reach out to us if you have any questions on this.
Our home is completely yours for your stay. There is a locked closet in the entry hallway for cleaning supplies/restocking, etc. Please let us know if you need anything restocked during your stay.
Our co-hosts, J and Amy, live less than 5 minutes away and can help you whenever you need. Please reach out on the message feed first. If they have not responded within 10 minutes, please give them a call. If there is an emergency or issues with your check-in code, please call them right away.

10:00PM-8:00 AM. If management is called out
for a complaint, there will be a fee of $100.
* Measures have been taken to ensure your safety.

do not utilize natural gas.

* Please remove shoes. The asphalt residue, is very
hard on the flooring, leaving a black dinge.
* No filming.
*Any guests or belongings brought onto the
property outside of the original reservation are
subject to an additional fee and/or removal
from the property. Guest Limitations - The
home and backyard amenities are for
REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY. If you have a need
for a gathering, please contact co-hosts for prior
approval. Fees may apply. This is not a property
for friends/team members to come and swim or
use the hot tub. Unregistered guests using or
spending time in the property could result in
removal of guests from the property.
POOL RULES & GUIDELINES -
*Please apply sunscreen 30 minutes before
entering the pool.
* Follow pool rules in guidebook. PLEASE - NO
DIVING!
* NO GLASS OR CERAMIC materials outside
please. There are melanin dinnerware and
glasses that can be used in the outdoor area.
We want to ensure a safe walking space for
bare feet.
* In respect for our neighbors, please keep
daytime noise to a level that is contained to
your yard especially outside. Quiet hours are
10:00PM-8:00 AM. If management is called out
for a complaint, there will be a fee of $100.
*If young children are staying, please make sure
the LOCK on the slider door is LOCKED at all
times. There is an alarm with a bypass to
ensure little ones safety The front door must be
locked at all times as there is direct access to
the pool. There is a locking gate for entry into
the yard. This needs to be shut and locked at all
times for the safety of all. We also have a state
mandated, slider alarm to keep your children
safe from the pool. There is a bypass to utilize
so that you do not have to endure the very loud
alarm. If you choose to remove the batteries
during your stay, you are doing so at your won
risk. Batteries should be re-installed before
checkout.
CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS: 10:00 AM
1) Please make sure all items are removed from the
pool and trash is picked up outside.
2) Locate garage door opener and place it on the
kitchen counter.
3) Start one load of towels.
4) Load and start the dishwasher.
5) Sign out of Hulu/ Netflix, etc. on all TVs.
6) Locate all remotes and leave them in plain view
in their respective rooms.
7) Please set AC/Heater unit to 80 in the summer,
and 69 in the winter.
8) A quick message letting J and Amy know you
have checked out is very helpful to
housekeeping.
