We love to socialize and have a good time, but we respect your privacy and Prioritize it during your stay. We Live 15 minutes away and are readily available as needed. We rent to our property manager who lives upstairs on the third floor and is also available most mornings and nights. Feel free to reach out regarding advice on places to visit or activities to experience!
New neighborhood, great place to get outside! Take a walk around the block, or simply snag some fresh air! Extremely Calm area with Great quiet friendly neighbors.
You can park right in front of the gate on the left side of the garage. Make sure you are not parked in front of the garage and there is enough room on the left side for cars to get in and out of the houses nearby. Plenty of Street parking on the east end and directly in front on the south side of the house. Make sure and follow city parking guidelines.
Tv swings out from wall so you can watch a show while snuggled up in bed.
The sofa can lay flat to accomodate another guest as needed.
All drinks in fridge and coffee are complimentary!
Sink disposal switch is under the sink!
Led lights in bathroom have switch on the side of the sink.
Space heater can be moved and plugged in at any outlet as needed!

Neighbors: This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. This helps our neighbors stay enthusiastic about our rental services.
Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property. We do not allow any house parties in our homes out of respect for neighbors and the protection of our beautiful homes. We pride ourselves in being a company that offers a pet friendly place at many of our properties please see our pet policy below
Pet Policy:
Please note that we do have an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes to our properties by allowing pets. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we do allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in, please note pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets.
Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.
