While you relax on the sun drenched deck, decide if you would like to grab your surfboard and head out into the waves, explore the coastal trail or go to the iconic Cove cafe restaurant and bar for breakfast, lunch or dinner located right next door.
The location is perfectly close to Waipu township for supplies, Langs beach or Mangawhai weekend markets.

The house is fully equipped, with bed linen, towels and beach towels too. Off street parking for 1 cars, or street parking too. The front deck there is an out door table and chairs with a lovely umbrella to relax under with views over the Pacific Ocean.

Lie in bed, savour your morning coffee and enjoy the view over the ocean.
Next door is the iconic Cove Cafe Restaurant and Bar, open from 9 am to 9 pm for breakfast lunch and dinner, coffee and drinks.
Across the road is the famous Waipu Cove beach, with fabulous swimming all year round, surfing, the estuary is good fun for families.
There is a little business across the road run by Erin who teaches surfing 🏄♂️ 🏄. She teaches for all abilities and all year round.
The beach is patrolled through the summer months with Waipu Cove Surf life saving club across the road.
There is a green space/park across from the bach. On the green there are free council BBQ available to use all year round. There is a small play ground with swings, slides and climbing.
In the Campground located across the road there are great facilities with a tennis court for use through a booking system and another larger playground.
There is a great 90 minute circuit walk from Waipu Cove to Langs Beach along the coastal track and back along the road.
For the bike enthusiasts there is a cycle trail from
Waipu Cove up to Waipu township, this is a 8km trail one way along the side of the road. There is also a road/mountain bike trail up Cullen road and onto the Te Araroa trail and looping back through Langs to Waipu Cove, 18km round trip with stunning views over the whole of bream bay and out to Whangarei heads.
Weekend bookings are for 2 nights Friday and Sat nights.
Long weekend bookings are for 3 nights, Friday - Sunday.

Enter the house from the car park, up the stairs onto the front deck through the front sliding door into the open plan kitchen dining and lounge.
From the dining area through the door and down the hallway to the bedrooms and bathroom.
The bathroom is small with a good sized shower.
The Master bedroom is spacious and sunny with a king bed.
The middle room is small but sunny with a queen bed.
The third room has queen size bed with a si for bunk bed above it.
All bedrooms have built in wardrobes, fans for summer time or heating for winter time.
Seperate built in laundry off the kitchen area with a sink.
The house has brand new flooring, curtains, light fittings and bedding.
We have heating and extra blankets in all bedrooms for the winter time and fans in all rooms in the summertime. The lounge also has an extra heater.
