The Space:
Bright and colorful one-bedroom apartment with a spacious office featuring a large couch that converts into a queen-size bed, making it ideal for two bedrooms. The property is just a 3-minute walk from Tamarama Beach and boasts a renovated kitchen and bathroom. Enjoy high ceilings, ocean views from the front balcony, and a cozy back balcony with a dining table. You’ll also have access to a large garden and two private outdoor seating areas for dining. The home features wooden floors and has been completely refitted to remove any mold, making it perfect for those sensitive to it. The bedroom’s bed can fold into the wall, transforming the space into a functional office during the day.

For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)
The Neighborhood:
Our location is just a short walk from Tamarama Beach and the renowned Bondi to Bronte cliff walk. We're also near Bondi Road, offering a variety of restaurants and shops. Plus, it's only a 15-minute walk to the iconic Bondi Beach.
Getting Around:
The 333 stops nearby on Bondi Road and goes into the city; also the 381 is just opposite the house. Parking is free by Tamrama beach at all times. There is usually two hour free parking in front of our house.
Other Things to Note:
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
There is a non refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance / security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie to verify the booking details. Service fee is non refundable when booking is cancelled. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
Please note: Vaping within the unit is strictly prohibited. Please be aware that fire detectors will be triggered by the use of vapes. Any associated call-out fees for fire alarm activation will be billed to you.
