The apartment is located at the central of the city, just 50 meters from the main square and 150 meters from the port. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and will offer you moments of relaxation.
The apartment is about 150 m. from the port of Spetses, Dapia. Located in a narrow alley behind the main clock square. Super Market is about 100 m. away, bakery is about 30 m. away, pharmacy is about 40 m. away. In a radius of 50-100 meters you can find all the shops of Spetses as and bicycle and motorcycle rental shops. However the apartment is in the center of Spetses, it has a lot of quiet because is located at a point through which no wheeled vehicles can pass.

During your stay
For hot water please push up the left switch at the second and the third row of the electricity board that is in a down position, outside the WC. When you have enough hot water, please push the switch in the down position again.
