It is finished to a very high standard, offering a warm and welcoming interior, seamlessly combining original features with a modern twist. The impressive open plan living, kitchen, dining space on the first floor is light and spacious with far reaching countryside views up to the hills and valley beyond. It is a perfect room for conviviality and will provide guests with a sociable, luxurious space to enjoy memorable times together with family and friends. The Barn is a house not just for holidays but also a house for celebrating special occasions. For such a spacious property with its open and grand, main entertaining area, it is equally appealing for its cosiness and comfort. The house also has a huge ground floor entertainment/games room which provides table tennis, a TV and pool table, ideal for family and friends to enjoy some lively competition!

On your doorstep is The Clwydian Range, which boasts breath taking trails, such as the Offa's Dyke Path, Moel Famau, and Moel Arthur.
