This modern, "walk to the beach" home features four separate units that can be rented individually or as an entire “walk to the beach” home! The versatile layout accommodates large or small groups, families or organizations. Extensively remodeled recently, each unit is completely independent and fully functional with central heat and air, well-equipped kitchens, a wide range of sleeping options and living areas and much, much more.
This “walk to the beach” Ocean Drive area quality home features 27 and 35 inch televisions, central heat and air for year round comfort, ceiling fans, microwaves and modern appliances. Each fully equipped kitchen includes pots and pans, utensils, plates, flatware, toaster, coffee maker, blender and more.
All of the flooring is hardwood, ceramic tile or other hard surface floor for easy cleanup!
Bedrooms offer multiple sleeping options to accommodate larger or small groups. The beds have quality mattresses and covers. There is an onsite laundry, as well as charcoal grills and picnic tables and an outside beach shower.
This modern resort home is available year round for families, churches or organizations at very attractive rates. Home is located less than 1/2 block from the ocean and is just steps from all the clubs and nite-life Ocean Drive is famous for.

Linen package includes two towels and washclothes per bed occupancy & fitted sheet, flat sheet & pillow cases. 2 week min. notice required when renting linens.

PARKING FOR 3 CARS INCLUDED WITH RENTAL
After booking a signed rental agreement and pic of ID are required to be emailed to us within 7 days of booking. Property owners reaure that image of rental agreement & ID to be sent back with 7 days of booking. I will soon after booking.
Check-in is 3PM Check-out is 10AM
Groups conssisting of primary booker under the age of 21, will be required to email a parnet singed responsibility form and pic of parents ID. EMAIL AN INQUIRY IF YOU ARE A STUDENT GROUP.
