There’s a dining area to enjoy a proper sit-down meal at home when you don’t feel like going out. When you’re ready to retire for a good night’s sleep, you’ll have 4 bedrooms to choose from. You can sleep up to 8. Bedroom 1 features a king bed and a full en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are luminous queen bedrooms. Bedroom 4 also has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom however just with a shower and sink, there is no toilet in this bathroom, but there is a full hallway bathroom with the works!The property is dog-friendly. You can bring up to 2 dogs with a max of 60 lbs. combined weight. A signed pet agreement, and a pet fee of $25 per night will be requested. (Please let us know at booking to get authorization. We recommend getting around by car and there is free parking at the driveway for two vehicles. There is also free street parking. When the weather is pleasant, enjoy walking through the beautiful, tree-lined, neighborhood. The town is just a few blocks away (about a 20-min. walk). You can also check out e-scooter and e-bike transport options like Bird, Jump, and Lime Bike. Just, please don’t leave scooters on the property or in the driveway. They must be left on the street curb in areas allowed by their apps.Other Things to Note:Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.We provide some bath essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, body gel, toilet paper, and some garbage bags. Please note that these are not replenished during your stay. Pack-n-Play travel crib (with sheets) & high chair are available upon request.Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee.
