The log cabin-style holiday home for up to 4 people is located on the owners' approx. 1,200 m² residential property, only approx. 150 m from the Hüttenkanal and approx. 400 m from the Kleiner Pälitzsee with its beautiful bathing beach. The canal can be reached directly from the property. A charming hiking trail leads along the shore and fishing is possible from there. A bakery and a restaurant are in the immediate neighbourhood. The house, which is also furnished with lots of wood inside, is approx. 75 square metres in size and has a large living room (upholstered furniture, sofa bed) including an open-plan kitchen (dining area, electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, various small appliances) and a spacious bathroom with a wellness shower on the ground floor and an open sleeping area (double bed) and a bedroom (two single beds) on the upper floor. (PLEASE NOTE: access via steep stairs!). The non-smoking house also has a large, covered and furnished terrace and a small balcony. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. Guests also have access to free Wi-Fi, a car park, bicycle storage facilities, a barbecue, an additional heater and infrared heating in the bathroom. The state-recognised resort of Kleinzerlang is located on the Kleiner Pälitzsee lake in the middle of the Stechlin-Ruppiner Land Nature Park. Due to its location on a peninsula and the connections from the Pälitzsee to the most important waterways, Kleinzerlang is the ideal starting point for all water hikers. There is a jetty, a bathing beach, boat and bike hire and a small kiosk right on the lake, and the beautiful, wooded surroundings with marked hiking, riding and cycling trails invite you to go on extended discovery tours in the countryside. There is a marina with an indoor swimming pool and motorboat hire about one kilometre from the village centre with its small church, bakery and restaurant. In the town of Rheinsberg (approx. 12 km), the tourist centre of the region, there are numerous restaurants, cafés and other shopping facilities in addition to the old town, which is well worth seeing, and the beautiful rococo castle.
