This beautiful mountain retreat is for 2 cabins (1&4), it comes with gorgeous views, lots of privacy, & a perfect location for enjoying the great outdoors. Enjoy sunsets on the front deck with great mountain views.
All of our cabins are equipped with high speed internet. The fireplace for cabin 1 is located in the living room and is perfect for warm cozy evenings. Unfortunately cabin 4 does not have a fireplace in it. All the cabins are equipped with their own washer and dryer units. Cabin 4 is a two bedroom, one bath cabins with a queen bed in one bedroom and two twins in the second bedroom. Cabin 1 is a one bedroom, one bath cabin with a king bed and twin bed in the bedroom. All the living areas have sleeper sofas and tv's for your entertainment. The tv's in cabins 1 & 4 are mounted to the wall. The kitchens in both cabins are stocked with just about everything you could use during your mountain getaway. Parking for cabin 1 is just off the deck steps. Parking area for cabin 4 is located next to cabin 4. There is a lite concrete walkway from the parking area to all the deck steps. The fire pit and picnic area is located just a bit further down the lite gravel path towards cabin 1. Perfect if enjoying a campfire is your thing. This is a perfect home base for enjoying the local lakes, outdoor activities in the surrounding area.
Part of benefits of being in the mountains is the wildlife in the area including elk, deer, moose, fox, chipmunks, & black bears. We do have these on our property, if you do see them please keep a distance from the animals, NEVER EVER feed the animals, and DO NOT leave food outside or in the surrounding area.
If you are planning to bring a boat, RV or trailer please let us know in advance. We do have extra parking available for boats, RV's and trailers if needed. We need to make sure we have room if multiple people to park things if needed.
You can drive to the cabins year round via I-70 and during the summer via Trail Ridge Road from Estes Park.
I will not be there in person during your stay. We do have an onsite manager that will be assisting me in any needs that you may have during your stay. If you need anything during your stay please reach out to me via the phone number provided in the check in instructions.
The automatic locks on the doors make checking in easy. Your personal door code will be shared after a booking is made and prior to your check in date. The personal lock code will be the same for all the booked cabins. There is plenty of on site parking available. We are a family & dog friendly establishment, currently have no pet fees. We do ask that all guests pick up after their pets and treat our place like yours. As long as we do not have any issues with pets destroying our property we will not charge a fee for your 4 legged family members.
No forest fire, pandemic, or beer-induced family brawl is going to shut us down! We are a locally owned, family-run, business and we are back baby, with newly renovated cabins and booking now available through AirBNB. This cabin on several acres of privately held land and conveniently located between Grand Lake and Lake Granby, making it a perfect location to head south to Winter Park, north to Rocky Mountain National Park, or hang out in the surrounding area and lakes. Lots of hiking trails, snowmobile paths, cross country skiing, snow showing, ice fishing, sailing, and swimming; all just a few minutes away. This is a true gem, which has offered incredible and affordable cabin experiences to hundreds and will keep doing so for years to come. Can't wait to see you at the Aspen Leaf Lodges!
