This stunning villa provides a unique and memorable inside-outside living experience, boasting an airy open-plan living space, which opens up into a shaded 360-degree balcony.
The villa and grounds are secluded behind automatic gates – with a private driveway and purpose-built shaded parking area – and the property’s bespoke dining and lounging spaces are dotted across the outdoor space, surrounding the pool and covered bar.
The three spacious, air-conditioned double bedrooms each come with private bathrooms and the large airy upstairs living area allows guests to capture both the Caribbean sunshine and the cooling island trade winds, boasting panoramic views across the whole of Aruba.
A large terrace with sun loungers and a comfortable seating area surrounds the swimming pool which has steps into it.
There is a large covered bar, BBQ and grill area with seating, great for outdoor cooking and socialising.
The entire space is yours, there are no shared amenities and you can enjoy your stay in complete privacy.

Whilst the soaring, magnificent timber upper floor is a spectacular recent addition, the ground floor of the property is an original Cunucu house – a traditional native Aruban architecture style with Spanish influences, dating back more than 150 years.
Constructed from clay and stones with a plaster finish, Cunucu houses are built in spots with high elevation, with windows aligned to the trade winds and thick walls for natural cooling. Tree Tops’ surrounding fence, called ‘transhi’, was originally built from rocks to protect the grounds from stray goats in search of food.
The tropical garden is brimming with Aruba’s wonderful flora and fauna. Species to look out for include the Golden Barrel Cactus (Echinocactus Grusonii), the American Agave (Asparagaceae Agave Americana), the Mexican Organ Pipe or Pitayo de Mayo (Stenocereus griseus), the Flamboyant (Leguminosae Delonix Regia), the Barbados Aloe Vera (Xanthorrhoeaceae Aloe Vera) and the Erect Prickly Pear (Opuntia Stricta).
The villa and grounds are secluded behind automatic gates – with a private driveway and purpose-built covered parking area. We will provide you with a remote gate fob to open and close the gate from within your vehicle.
The villa is accessed via a Yale keyless digital smart door lock. We will provide you with your own unique 4-digit entry code.
The villa and grounds are all yours with complete privacy; there are no shared amenities.
There is ample parking, with 3 spaces in the covered parking area and more on the driveway.
Check-in is at 4.00pm and check-out 10:00am. Earlier check-ins and later check-out are possible depending on availability, an additional charge may apply.
The villa is in the smart residential Boegoeroei area with easy access to all parts of the island.

Complementary fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. There is a 58” smart TV in the living area.
Please be mindful of neighbours and refrain from excessive noise or loud music, especially after 10pm.
Please note the property is no-smoking and smoking indoors is not allowed and could result in the loss of your security deposit. If you smoke outdoors, please dispose of your cigarettes safely due to the high risk of fire.
