Guests have access to the tiny home and paddock around the home. There is another caravan onsite which is not available to guests. This tiny home is located on a suburban property. There are other residents on the property and also an organic farm and some cows.

Explore the Woompoo Circuit: The Woompoo Circuit is a scenic hiking trail that takes you through the rainforest, past waterfalls, and to stunning lookout points. The trailhead is located in nearby Kondalilla National Park.
Go to the beach: West Woombye is just a short drive from some of the Sunshine Coast's most beautiful beaches, including Mooloolaba Beach and Maroochydore Beach. Spend the day swimming, surfing, and soaking up the sun.
Eumundi Markets: Eumundi Markets is famous for its unique and handmade products, including jewelry, clothing, home decor, and artwork. You can find many one-of-a-kind items that you won't find anywhere else.
Go on a food and wine tour: The Sunshine Coast is known for its delicious food and wine, and there are several tour companies that offer guided tours of the region's best wineries, breweries, and restaurants. This is a great way to sample some of the area's best offerings while taking in the beautiful scenery.
Sunshine and Son's gin distillery is only 5 mins up the road.
You can walk to Woombye village from the property but it is recommended that you have a car to explore the sunshine coast.

PEACEFUL NEIGHBOURHOOD
The property is in a peaceful quiet neighbourhood. To respect the peace of the community - we kindly request no loud music or loud parties. Noise curfew is 9pm.
EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS:
May be possible however we do recommend you to plan around a 3pm check-in. When your place is ready, we will let you know. If you require earlier access, consider booking the night before if available. If a guest is checking out on the day of your arrival, housekeeping needs time to prepare everything and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
May be possible depending on bookings and housekeeping schedules. Please reach out the day before check out to see if this is possible.
STARTER SUPPLIES:
To manage expectations, we provide you with complimentary essential starter supplies for your stay. This includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and a few other items for your comfort. This is not intended to last for the duration of your booking but to avoid having to immediately head to the supermarket on arrival.
LINEN: We supply hotel quality linen and bath towels for your stay.
LONG STAYS:
All stays 14-28 nights must have a mid-stay cleaning service at an additional cost. This allows for our team to periodically clean, maintain, and inspect the property. This is non-negotiable.
CHECK OUT
We don't want you to do a long list of chores before you check out. We just kindly ask that you put back furniture the way you found it (only if somethings been moved), clean your dirty dishes and put the rubbish out. Our cleaners will do the rest.
AGE RESTRICTIONS:
We do require all adult guests to be over 21 years of age.
STAIRS: There are about 7 stairs to reach to bed in the loft. There is no handrail.
No noise after 9pm as it carries across the valley and may disturb the neighbours.
- Strictly no parties allowed. Infringement on this rule may result in eviction without refund. Any additional time for the housekeepers to attend or inspect the property outside of their usual cleaning will result in additional administrative fees.
- If there is any damage to the property please inform the host ASAP as additional charges may apply.
- No pets allowed on the property unless by negotiation.
- In the event that keys are lost/ damaged/ locked inside the property any time during your stay or check-out, we may need to call a locksmith and additional expenses will be charged to your account. If the cleaner’s or property manager’s schedule is affected by this, further charges may apply.
- Check-out time is 10am. If the cleaner is not able to clean on time, a delayed entry fee may apply. If you require late check-out, please contact the host 72 hours before check-out and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
- If you leave any items behind by accident, we are happy to post them back to you. However, we will need to compensate our housekeepers or managers for the postage fee and their time.
-We provide toiletries to get you started. Feel free to visit the nearest grocery store should you wish to restock for yourself.
- Take care of the property and avoid making a mess within the premises. Leaving dishes unwashed or having food items out in the open tend to attract pests and insects that may require pest control. This may be charged to your account as applicable.
- Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. Charges may apply for additional cleaning and deodorisation of the property. Smoking outside is ok, just discard of butts responsibly.
- Only guests on the original booking may stay overnight.
- No illegal activity or running a business from the premises.
