This updated Lower Level Character Home is both private and quiet. Both cool in the summer and warm in the winter, the home has 9 foot ceilings, heated tiled floors in both the kitchen and bathroom, completely updated from floor to ceiling. Both the Master bedroom and the second bedroom offer walk in closets to stow away one's luggage and all that one can pack in it The luxurious bathroom has an abundance of linen and towels, a separate laundry and loads of led lighting. One can either enjoy the soaker tub for relaxing or for the shower lovers, a beautiful rain shower awaits you. The home has been both a pet and smoke free home. There is a separate upper 3000 sq. ft. home above. This home has undergone extensive sound proofing from above and below.
The private rear yard and the entire front yard are available for guests to enjoy.

Centrally located between downtown, ferries, and YYJ airport yet tucked away in the blissfully quiet neighbourhood of Swan Lake with stunning views! With a nature reserve directly across the street, there is no shortage of beautiful wildlife including humming birds, deer, and bunnies; leaving one feeling at home in a true nature sanctuary. Located only minutes by car or bike to Elk and Beaver lake, 10 -12 minutes from Thetis lake, 15 minutes to the airport, 20 minutes to the ferry and only 10 minutes to downtown in the busiest traffic we have. A perfect and ideal location to enjoy nature, the city and when ready to get away from the noise, hustle and bustle of downtown Victoria, you will enjoy the space to sit back and relax.
While centrally located in the middle of the best of what Victoria has to offer. Ideally a car would allow for easy transport, there are several bus stops a short walk from the neighbourhood. We will gladly provide recommendations on the best sites to see, the best restaurants to eat at and maps of trails, lakes and areas of interest.
Feel free to use the Epicure spices, oils and other condiments suppled for your cooking pleasures.
