This brand new high class villa offers a private rooftop pool with the option to heat up at an extra daily supl, breath taking ocean and mountain views and a rooftop terrace with a large barbecue area. All rooms are equipped with air condition. This modern accommodation offers a beautiful stylish interior and is an ideal choice for families, groups of friends or even couples.
Villa Belmonte is located in Ponta do Sol, one of the most popular areas of the island. The 600 year old village of Ponta do Sol is full of restaurants, bars and shops. The distance to Funchal is approximately 17 km, and to the airport of Madeira its 29 km. The Villa Belmonte is situated in a quiet tranquil neighbourhood. It is approximately 8 minutes away beach of Ponta do Sol, and 1.2 km from the local supermarket.
The villa features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one with whirl pool bathtub), a smart Tv with international channels, fiber Wifi (100 mbit/s.), a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and american style fridge. There is a laundry area with washing machine. The villa offers a garage and lots of parking space in front of the house.
Guests will surely enjoy the amazing views from every level of the house, especialy from the rooftop, where you can chill and swim, enjoy a nice barbecue or practise a cardio lesson on the spinning bike.
