The villa offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and fully equipped kitchen with dining area. It is situated right next to the scenic beach of Koutalas and a 40-minute drive from Chania and the cosmopolitan Venetian Harbor! Fully air-conditioned, wifi, cableTVs, washer & dishwasher available! A unique retreat for guests who seek harmony & privacy!
Villa Koutalas is a 150m2 home designed in two levels, able to accommodate comfortably 8 people in 3 double bedrooms. On the ground level, there is a spacious living room with sofas, cable TV, fireplace with sea views and direct access to the pool. In the same area, you have a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a dining table.
On the upper level, there are 3 spacious bedrooms, all of them offering air conditioning, cable TVs as well as balconies with sea or mountain views. Two of the rooms have double beds while the third bedroom has two single beds which can also be joined as a double. A convenient kitchenette is also available on the upper level.
There are two bathrooms, one on each floor, with shower columns and luxurious marble surfaces.
Upon request, one extra folded bed can be added in the master double bedroom and one in the twin bedroom. Alternatively, the two folded beds can be set in the living room area if preferred.
The villa offers private swimming pool and great outdoor areas. They include a roofed terrace with stone built barbeque and stone oven featuring spacious outdoor dining table and chairs, ideal for your dinners al fresco!
If you are traveling with children the outdoor areas are fenced and safe.
