📌LOCATION: Steps away from Beverly Hills &WeHo Landmarks! Located in a tranquil, family-friendly neighborhood, with beautiful tree lines. Walking distance to cafe & restaurants & grocery stores. Steps to Beverly Center Mall, Nobu, Ceconi's, Catch, Urth Cafe, IVY.
📌FLOOR PLAN:
- Main Floor: 1 Ensuite Bedroom (2 Queen Beds), Kitchen, Bar, Living & Dinning Room, Fitness Area, Powder Room. Pool & Lounge & Bbq.
- Upper Floor: Master Bedroom + 3 Guest Bedrooms + Movie Room (6th BDR with a king bed) + Laundry Room.
- Rooftop Deck: Lounge.
- Guest House: 1 King Bed, Kitchen, Ensuite Full Bathroom.
📌As displayed on Vrbo, 6th bedroom is the movie room, which includes a king bed. It does not have an en-suite bathroom.
📌HOUSE RULES:
1) RENTAL CONTRACT: As per current LA City STR laws and for our liability & security protocols, YOU MUST SIGN THE RENTAL CONTRACT PRIOR TO or AFTER BOOKING confirmation. E-contract, which will be sent to your email address via DocuSign.
📌To receive the rental contract, you must provide your e-mail and it must be signed within 2 hours of booking confirmation.
2) RESERVATIONS are NON-REFUNDABLE! DO NOT BLOCK OFF the dates UNTIL YOU have HOST's Permission!
*By sending the “booking request” & BLOCKING the dates, you automatically agree to the house rules & terms of the rental contract.
3) PRICE DEPENDS ON NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS. Rental price increases based on how many people are staying with you. For the most accurate pricing, provide the correct number of guests (including children) while submitting your inquiry.
> If the infant is older than 2, should be submitted as ‘children’.
4) REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT $3,000 (not via VRBO): Guest is required to provide a valid credit card, and the HOST will directly charge the credit card after booking confirmation.
5) NO SELF CHECK IN: Our property manager will personally greet you at check-in and provide a walk-through of the house manual.
6) As the reservation holder, you must be present at the check-in.
7) Check in is: 4 pm, check out is: 10 am. Requests for early check-in and late check-out will be considered based on availability and may incur an additional cost.
8) NO parties. NO loud music.
📌All outdoor and indoor speakers have been disabled in compliance with the City's Zero Tolerance Policy.
9) Los Angeles City ordinance quiet hours: 10 pm to 8 am. Villa Pasha is situated in a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood. NoiseAware System Property. (NoiseAware solely monitors noise levels and does not record any conversations)
10) MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of people allowed to occupy the property is restricted to the number specified in your reservation, including children. Any increase in the number of occupants must be communicated to the host in advance and may result in an increase in the booking amount.
📌GUEST HOUSE: contains the 7th bedroom. If you would like to gain access to the GUEST HOUSE, $500 (per stay) will be charged additionally.
11) VISITORS: Please mention while inquiring.
SECURITY CAMERAS: Privacy and comfort are a priority for our guests. Please acknowledge that security cameras monitor the property as well as devices for monitoring excessive noise and capacity inside the home. (NOISEAWARE). Security cameras can be located on all angles of the exterior property, including pool & common areas. These visible cameras cover the front yard near the gate and garage, ALLOWING GUESTS FULL ACCESS TO THE MONITORING SYSTEM throughout their stay. However, the camera in the living room, facing towards the windows, and the backyard cameras will NOT be available to HOST during the guest's stay.
12) NO OUTSIDE VENDORS, chefs permitted. Private, in-house chef &maid & house keeping services are available.
CHEF: Rates vary based on several factors. Final pricing provided after guest’s consultation. Min. 15 days’ advance notice required.
13) POOL / SPA HEAT: If you want the pool heated, must give 48 hours notice prior to check in. Extra: $400 for the first day, $200/per day, each day after.
📌POOL HEAT: 8 am to 10 pm. SPA HEAT: 5 pm - 7 pm. (Time frame may vary: 4-6 pm or 6-8 pm). SPA heating hours cannot be extended or adjusted due to its integration with the pool heating system. (As it’s an IN POOL-SPA)
*For safety purposes, pool/spa is off limits after 10 pm.
14) PARKING: 3 free parking spaces on the premises.
15) EXIT CLEANING FEE: Cleaning fee on invoice is for standard "EXIT" cleaning.
📌Mandatory mid-stay cleaning for 5+ nights, $600 per cleaning, every 5 days.
16) Events, commercial filming & photo shootings not allowed. Inquire for rates & policies for such activities.
17) NO SMOKING OR VAPING / HOOKAH. Property is equipped with smoke detectors and we’ll be notified instantly.
18) NO pets.
