The cleaning service includes: taking out the garbage, sweeping and mopping rooms and common areas, cleaning the bathrooms, cleaning the kitchen, doing laundry of bath and pool towels, and laundry of sheets if considered necessary.
Cleaning services do not include laundry of the guests' personal clothes or cooking, in case these services are required they must be requested separately.
For long stays of 28 nights or more, a 35% discount is granted. In these cases, the guest only has to cover the cost of the electricity used during their stay.
