Host-provided color linens are the guests' responsibility to launder but our team will make the beds if the linens have been washed before our housekeeping team's arrival. The cleaning can be scheduled at your convenience, and your presence is not required for it to take place.
While we strive to provide the best experience for our guests, we have no control over the actions of our neighbors on surrounding properties. In the Atlanta metro area, recreational marijuana use has largely been decriminalized or is no longer actively enforced, so you may encounter people using it outside our property, around the neighborhood, or in town. Unfortunately, we cannot stop other people's life choices.
For any guest booking with an initial duration of less than one month, if the guest wishes to extend their stay beyond one month, the Host requires the creation of a new booking rather than altering the existing reservation. Each subsequent monthly extension will also require a new booking. Guests extending their stay beyond one month must also schedule a housekeeping visit within the first week of each new monthly booking.

We conduct regular pest control treatments, but this doesn’t eliminate the possibility of them entering the property. You probably will not see one but if you do, understand it's not an infestation. Lawn service is scheduled for the weeks of the 1st and 15th, sometimes early in the morning. If this timing conflicts with your stay, please inform us at least 5 days before your arrival so we can adjust the schedule.
Parking is limited, and on-street parking is not allowed by law. The driveway can hold 2 cars, but only in a single line. One additional car may be parked on the grass to the LEFT side only.
