No Party Rules and Quiet Hours:
Our property is not suitable for parties or events. The neighbors will contact either myself, our local security patrol, or the police if noise becomes excessive after 10 pm.
Check-In and Check-Out Instructions:
Check-in instructions will be automatically provided no later than 1 DAY BEFORE your stay via a mobile app link compatible with iOS, Android, phones, tablets, and desktop computers. The link includes detailed instructions with images, locations, and nearby cafes and restaurants. If you encounter difficulties accessing the link, feel free to message me for assistance.
Check-out instructions will be available no later than 1 DAY BEFORE your departure, either in the provided link or on the Airbnb app.
Last-Minute Bookings:
We typically require at least a day to arrange cleaning and inform our cleaners of any special check-in requirements. If you make a same-day booking, a 3 pm check-in cannot be guaranteed. Please drop us a message before your last-minute booking, stating your planned arrival time, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Early Check-In Requests:
Unlike hotels, we lack an onsite cleaning service, and our cleaners schedule a day in advance. Our standard check-in time is 3 pm to ensure our home is thoroughly cleaned for your stay. If you need an early check-in, please contact me at least a day before your planned arrival, and we'll strive to accommodate your request. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee early check-in requests on the arrival day.
Late Check-Out Requests:
We understand you may want to extend your stay. Late check-out requests must be made AT LEAST THE NIGHT before your departure to ensure our cleaners have sufficient time to complete their work. If you need to check out after 12 pm, an additional HALF DAY rate will be charged through Airbnb, and payment must be made on or before the night you check out for approval. Late check-out requests on the departure day will not be accommodated. Without a confirmed late check-out, our cleaner will commence work at 10 am with access to our property for housekeeping.
Starter Supplies:
We provide essential starter supplies to enhance your stay, including bed linens, bath towels (one per person) ,tea towels, coffee, tea, sugar, milk, toilet rolls, hand towels (one per person ), hand wash,shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. These supplies are not intended to last your entire stay but are provided to alleviate the need for immediate trips to supermarkets upon arrival. If you require extra supplies, please arrange with us before your stay to avoid delivery costs. For mid-stay supply delivery requests, please contact us, and we'll be happy to assist!
