The property is private and fenced, with a well-kept terraced garden and a fantastic swimming pool that measures 8 x 4 m and has a depth of 110 - 180 cm. The pool is available for use from 15 April to 9 October, and there is an outdoor shower nearby, as well as a terrace and a barbecue.
Please note that heating is only available from 1 November to 15 April. Motor access to the property is via an unmade road that is 100 m long, and parking is available on the premises. The nearest shop is 6 km away, and there are many nearby attractions to explore, including Gambassi and Certaldo. For families with children, childminding services are available for an additional fee, and airport transfers to the holiday accommodation can be arranged upon request.

La Ginestra (GAM310) is a charming 6-room vacation home that spans across 200 m2 of living space on two levels. With its bright and rustic furnishings, it is sure to provide a cozy and comfortable stay for all guests.
On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room equipped with satellite TV for your entertainment. There is also an open kitchen that comes fully equipped with 5 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer, and electric coffee machine. The dining table in the kitchen is perfect for enjoying your meals together, and you can even cook up a storm on the open-hearth fireplace. From the kitchen, you can also access the veranda for a breath of fresh air.
Upstairs, there are four bedrooms in total. Two of the rooms are fitted with two double beds each, while the other two rooms have two single beds each. There is also an open living/sleeping room with two sofabeds and an open-hearth fireplace. Two showers/WC are available for your convenience.
The vacation home is heated with gas, and boasts a panoramic view of the surrounding area. For families with young children, a washing machine, children's high chair, and baby cot are also provided. Please note that this property is strictly non-smoking.
