Writers Loft is located in the sleepy coastal village of Erowal Bay on beautiful St Georges Basin. Erowal Bay is perfect for walking, playing tennis or relaxing in the sleepy village atmosphere surrounded by wildlife. Waterskiing, fishing, canoeing and windsurfing are just some of the activities to be enjoyed on St George's Basin. Booderee National Park is 10 minutes drive with botanic gardens, white sand beaches and bush walks. How is the property laid out? Writers Loft is a sun-drenched loft-style beach house, providing the perfect getaway for a couple or sole traveller. It is decorated in a neutral palette and natural textures, with whitewashed floors and plantation shutters. This luxurious yet comfortable retreat brings together the ultimate in indoor/outdoor living. French doors lead from the light-filled open-plan interior onto a lush outdoor deck with lounge and Weber BBQ. The bedroom is a calm, stylish and beautiful space with touches of luxury such as pure linen sheets, bed canopy and chandelier. The barn door leads from the bedroom into a spacious bathroom with a large bathtub, shower and original concrete laundry sink. There is also a laundry containing a second shower and toilet. Wi-Fi, Internet, Netflix and Pay TV - will I have it? This property does have Wi-Fi and a username and password will be provided for that in your pre-arrival email. You may use the house Wi-Fi with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner.If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B. What about outdoors? Writers Loft houses a lush front porch, perfect for your morning cuppa while looking down the street to the water at St George's Basin. Out the back is a large deck with gas BBQ and outdoor dining. Staying warm or keeping cool?! Writers Loft is an air-conditioned property , including the bedroom. What about sheets, towels and other supplies? Pure linen bedding is provided at this property - though please remember to bring your favourite beach towels! Parking for cars, boats etc? There is a single off street, concreted parking spotat Writers Loft. Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? Writers Loft is a pet friendly property and is fully fenced. Guests must advise they will be bringing pets at the time of booking. Please also respect the following rules in relation to pets: Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house Absolutely no dogs on the furniture or on beds Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately Please clean up dog hairs or anything else inside the house before your departure. What are the minimum stay rules? There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January. Are there any special Peak Season rules? Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays. Is there any special information I should know about? Smoking is strictly prohibited in and around Writers Loft. Who will I be dealing with during my stay? This property is professionally managed by a dedicated holiday rental agency with offices in Gerringong, Hyams Beach and Bowral.
