Built in 1887, Wynkoop is one of the oldest homes in the area and features beautiful period details. Located in downtown Carlton, you’re just steps from restaurants, tasting rooms, and coffee shops and a short drive to the 800 wineries and vineyards that the Willamette Valley has to offer.THE SPACEOverviewThe house has two stories, with one bedroom on each floor and the bathroom on the ground level. Please note that the staircase to reach the second floor is quite steep. There is a secondary living room off of the kitchen with a sleeper sofa that comfortably sleeps two. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee station and all the essentials for cooking. A washer and dryer is available on the property for guest use. If you are traveling with a dog - or two - please let us know so that we can provide you with bowls and bedding. You and your pup will have access to the large, fully fenced backyard.
